Payment and Delivery
You can pay for the ordered goods using PayPal or a credit card.
We provide delivery of the ordered goods through:
- FedEx courier
- DHL courier
- Latvijas Pasts (Latvian Post)
Regardless of the chosen delivery method, shipments are trackable.
Note: If you choose delivery by post, the package may not be delivered to your specified address, and you may need to pick it up at a post office. When expecting a delivery by post, please regularly check your mailbox, as a notice about a received shipment at the post office may be placed there without any other form of notification.
All shipments will be packaged in a way that prevents damage to your ordered goods during delivery. However, if any items are damaged, please inform us immediately by sending an email to info@dilecti.eu.
Refund and Returns
The lack of results from using the product is not a valid reason.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a damaged item, please email info@hortulani.eu, providing:
Your order number;
The reason for the return;
Photos of the damage and the product packaging. If the packaging includes an expiration date, please include a clear photo of the date.
Refund Details
Refunds will only be issued for the damaged item, not the entire order. For example, if one product is damaged during shipping, only the value of the damaged product will be refunded, not the value of the entire order.
Returns and Cancellation
Given the nature of the products, returns are not required and will not be accepted. For the same reason, the buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally cancel the distance contract within 14 calendar days to return the product.
